What Is This Project About?

This project was developed within the Interdisciplinary Environmental Sustainability Research Group (IESRG) at Leeds Trinity University, and is exploring the links between sustainable living and psychological wellbeing. Research suggests that everyday sustainable actions can benefit both the environment and our mental wellbeing.

What Changes Can You Make?

  • Spending time in nature

  • Walking or cycling where possible

  • Connecting with your community

  • Growing plants or food

  • Repairing, reusing and sharing

  • Choosing more sustainable food options.
